I started building pedal tractor attachments about 10 years ago as a hobby. Growing up I did not have any attachments for my pedal tractor other than the factory 2 wheel cart. Once I got older my dad and I restored my original pedal tractor. I wanted some equipment to display with is so I started to build my own. My first attachment was a hay rake. It turned out great and I decided to make 5 more to sell. They sold quickly and I had to make more. I only made hay rakes for several years then in 2020 I started to add new products to my line of pedal tractor attachments. 

River Valley Farm Toys started out as a hobby I enjoyed as busy work over the winter months. It has now grown to a side line business for me and is still just as enjoyable. Each new attachment I build stats as an idea and a rough sketch on paper. The longest part is building the prototype to make sure it all looks to scale behind a pedal tractor. After the prototype is finished I then go into production. In the past several years I have invested in equipment for cutting, bending, drilling, machining and welding these attachments. In 2021 we also added the ability to powder coat the toys to provide a durable finish for years to come. 

The attachments I build are designed to be played with and used but also made to look correct behind a tractor. Many of the attachments I build go to pedal tractor collectors that are looking for attachments to go with their displays. From toys for use or display I take pride in making quality attachments that are well built and look great. My pedal tractors toys have be sold and shipped all across the world.
